Deceitful Reviews and Poor Product Design

Deceitful ReviewSome products are decent, but many are not—and unfortunately, you won’t know which until after you receive them. The biggest issue is that negative reviews are not allowed on their website.

I’ve tried multiple times to submit honest, critical reviews, and none were ever posted. Only positive reviews appear, which gives a very misleading impression.

Because of this, the reviews on their site cannot be trusted—they represent only one side of the customer experience. As for the products themselves, several of their toys make little sense in terms of design.

Many are excessively large in the wrong places, uncomfortable, and ultimately ineffective. Even some of their so-called “best sellers” are impractical and fail to deliver any real satisfaction.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They have no standards, would give a negative star if I could.

I placed an order yesterday with a free shipping coupon that was supposed to be delivered to Toronto, Canada. Once I received the email confirmation I noticed that the shipping address was all correct, but somehow it said it was going to Arizona as opposed to Toronto, it even still said Canada for the country...

I emailed them right away asking if this could be fixed, also noting that if the free shipping was only for US customers (knowing that this could be the case) that I no longer would like my order. Their shipping from US to CA is $50 USD, which is laughably over the actual cost of shipping.

I heard no response from their team, so I called today to regurgitate the same information and the snarky guy on the phone told me that \"no unfortunately the free shipping is only within the US\", so I told him I would like my order cancelled. He proceeded to tell me that, wait for it...

That was not possible. He was now going to update the shipping info which would in turn charge me the additional $50 USD shipping that I am not / was not ever willing to pay.

Because of the mixup and just out of good will, I asked if he could please reverse the order since it hasn\'t even been shipped yet. He then went on to tell me that if I look at the FAQ section on their page it says that they can not cancel orders and that you can not get a refund, only store credit.

I can not believe how much money I was just roped in to paying for such tiny items... What type of company doesn\'t even have at least a 24hr grace period to cancel an order?

Horrible company, would not recommend. Especially if you are not 100% you\'ll want to keep the item you buy.

Quality of materials has dropped drastically over the years at a steady pace but what\'s even worse is the level of customer service. They are borderline insulting.

Terrible service—damaged goods and a total headache!

I am extremely frustrated with Fort Troff. My order finally arrived, but the item was completely damaged and unusable right out of the box.

I contacted their support team immediately with photos, expecting a replacement or a refund, but they flat-out refused to help. They offered no solutions and basically told me I was stuck with a broken product.

I ended up having to file a chargeback with Amex just to get my money back. Their customer service is non-existent and they do not stand behind the quality of their products.

Avoid this company—it’s not worth the risk if something goes wrong!

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Fort Troff. I placed an order recently and my card was charged immediately.

However, it has been weeks and I have received zero updates, no tracking number, and nothing has been shipped. I have reached out to their customer support multiple times and have received no response.

At this point, it feels like a total scam. They are quick to take your money but provide absolutely no service or product in return.

Illegal Credit Card Activity

Package never arrived and they refuse to refund. After three communications and the package not moving for over 14 days.

Contacted my credit card to dispute and was informed that the company illegally placed my one-time charge as a recurring payment! Card company advised that at no point did I ever authorize a recurring charge for the one time purchase of a sex toy!

Now I will have to call back every month to dispute the charge!!! Reaching out to my State Attorney General\'s office for credit card fraud and violations regarding interstate commerce.

I placed an order for a large item on the website. It said 4 days delivery.

They didn\'t even ship it until 2 days later. But it never came to me.

For weeks, I tried to get UPS to get it delivered but it never came. I traded messages with forttroff and they said they couldn\'t do anything.

I finally hit \"return\" on the UPS app. I never saw this thing.

It was never delivered to me and that\'s easily seen on UPS tracking. Weeks later fort troff won\'t refund the money or communicate with me.

I paid almost $600 for literally nothing. If that\'s not fraud, I don\'t know what is.

They need a slap on the wrist and a temporary suspension from the BBB. No customer service.

They dont send tracking info. Some items are “dropship” so you will get them from another vendor, but how would you know that if they DONT SEND TRACKING nor response to emails promptly.

Dishonest in posting less than shining reviews of their products.

I\'ve bought multiple items from this company. I gave two of the items 4 stars, those reviews were published the next day.

I posted a 2 star \"Disappointed\" review on 10/11/21 for their newest bench (which I pre-purchased on 9/7/2021 and arrived on 10/8/202), they responded with an email asking me to contact their warranty dept which I did. They responded by saying we are sorry you are unhappy, your review is still in the vetting stage.

A few weeks went by, a 5 star review was posted on the bench by someone else so I posted my review again. I got a response asking me to verify that I had written the review, which I varified.

A few more weeks went by, another 5 star review was posted on the bench and my review was still not posted. So now it\'s been 5 weeks since I sent the 1st review and they have not published it.

The review I submitted was long and detailed with regard to both the good and disappointing element of their new bench. The main disappointments are: 1.

No assembly instructions in the box or on their site. 2.

despite advertising that the bench is fully adjustable it is not easily adjustable (especially mid-scene) as it requires using a small allen wrench to loosen and tighten two tiny set screws for each arm/knee rest (should have been knobs).

The thing with Fort Troff is, you only see reviews they publish. So even if a product gets 2000 negative reviews and 2 positive reviews.

You only see the positive reviews. which is misleading and fraudulent.

Their products are also terrible. the ball stretcher is bad fit and impossible to put on due to lack of elasticity.

their masks are also poorly made. the ones that\'s supposed to be black out has light coming in and the mouth opening is rough.

I have placed multiple orders with Fort Troff. My most recent order, the company made a mistake and did not include my apartment number on the package.

First they blamed me. When I pointed out that the address was correct as it appeared on the screenshots from their internal system they provided, but was wrong on the package, they stopped responding.

I emailed again to let them know I was unable to pick up or receive the package because of their error. They have not once apologized.

They have not once admitted to making a mistake. They offered me store credit.

Their website does not allow for reviews to be posted. Seems like accountability issues, despite quality products, and I can’t support an inconsistent business.

I had to escalate the situation to my credit card company to finally get a chargeback for one payment The merchant claimed Sizzle never contacted them, while Sizzle insisted they reached out multiple times. Total mess.

The person who calls himself “Sergeant Duke” is especially rude and unprofessional—he’ll hang up on you, block your number, your email, and even ban you from the website if you dare to complain or dispute a damaged item. Zero accountability.

Purchased a product that was expose to be scent free. When it arrived it smelled like someone dumped a bottle of dime store perfume in it.
